Design professionals blend creativity with technical expertise to deliver innovative results. Nick leverages his creative background and legal skill set to do the same.
Prior to becoming an attorney, Nick worked in the audio/visual industry. Leveraging his experience in a creative discipline deepens his understanding of each client’s unique needs and goals and fuels his passion for safeguarding and advancing his client’s interests.
Clerking for the Honorable Andrew M. Jacobs and Brian Y. Furuya at the Arizona Court of Appeals exposed Nick to complex civil litigation, often involving technical issues and novel legal theories. Nick takes an anticipatory approach when resolving cases and developing litigation strategies. He endeavors to immerse himself in matters and deploy forward-thinking vision to minimize unknowns, anticipate potential risks, and persevere through whatever obstacles arise.
Nick persuades and advocates with clarity and concision without sacrificing or overlooking technical complexity. He understands his audience and has the ability to distill complex legal and technical issues into succinct motions and oral arguments.
