Taylor focuses her practice on master planning for design professionals on business counseling, risk management, and mergers/acquisitions. Whether advising on an acquisition of a design firm, a series of contracts to account for the complex risks associated with a design-build or P3 project, a negotiation over custom owner-architect agreement on a multifamily project, or a contract for design of a single-family residence, Taylor works with her clients to identify their goals and then develops a master plan to achieve those objectives.
