Knupp, III shared their insights on contract negotiation with AIA-Chesapeake Bay during a 90 minute webinar, “Negotiating Design Contracts: Minimize Risk to Maximize Profit.” Drawing upon the experience of the Lee/Shoemaker PLLC team in negotiating all types of contracts for design professionals — from single family home contracts to complex design-build arrangements — Joe and Paul identified strategies to be implemented to fairly allocate risk/responsibility when entering into a contract to provide professional services.
