Washington DC – James F. Lee, Jr. and John P. Williams of Lee/Shoemaker PLLC represented RSG Architects, PC in its sale to E4H Environments for Health Architecture, a national firm serving the healthcare industry. RSG, founded in 2000, is a regional leader dedicated exclusively to healthcare architecture. The deal marks E4H’s entry into the Washington, DC region, and the Principals of RSG will remain with E4H and independently operate E4H’s newest location from RSG’s existing office in Chantilly, Virginia.

Lee/Shoemaker represented RSG in negotiating and drafting the letter of intent, the purchase agreement, and other elements through the closing of the transaction. Our congratulations to John Scoggin, Jeremy Bartz, and Richard Whitaker on their new adventure!
