Baltimore, MD, May 14, 2019 – ACEC/Maryland’s Human Resources Committee hosted a presentation by Jonathan C. Shoemaker and Cooper A. Littlejohn on recent developments in employment law affecting design firms. During the course of their presentation, Jonathan and Cooper reviewed national trends in employment law issues, evaluated federal and Maryland-specific updates on employment-related legislation and regulation, and drew lessons learned from recent employment-related legal decisions.
