July 22, 2025, Richmond, Virginia – Jonathan C. Shoemaker and Paul E. Knupp, III of Lee/Shoemaker PLLC presented the Annual Review of Legal Decisions Affecting Architects and Engineers to the membership of AIA-Richmond. Reviewing cases from across the country, Jonathan and Paul reported on recent cases involving architects and engineers and distilled practical lessons learned from those cases for use in daily practice.
