December 4, 2025, Washington, DC – Jonathan C. Shoemaker and Paul E. Knupp, III of Lee/Shoemaker PLLC presented the 31st Annual Case Review of Legal Decisions Affecting Architects and Engineers to a packed house of architects, engineers, insurance brokers, and insurance carrier representatives at the District Architecture Center. Reviewing cases from across the county, the Lee/Shoemaker team identified “lessons learned” for design professionals to consider incorporating into their professional practices to minimize the risk of claims-related exposure.
