September 25, 2025, Washington, DC — Paul E. Knupp, III of Lee/Shoemaker PLLC presented an abbreviated Annual Review of Legal Decisions to the AIA Large Firm Roundtable today. During his presentation, Paul reviewed recent legal decisions affecting design professionals from across the country, identifying developments in the law and identifying practical lessons learned to be incorporated to enhance design firms’ risk management programs.
