Washington, DC, March 20, 2024 — Jonathan C. Shoemaker and Taylor T. Dolan of Lee/Shoemaker PLLC, along with Lauren Martin and Cady Sinks of Ames & Gough, presented “Contracts, Insurance, and the Standard of Care” to the Structural Engineers Association of Metropolitan Washington. During the course of the program, the presenters reviewed key risk management issues affecting structural engineers, shared case studies illustrating those concepts, and addressed questions posed by the organizations membership during this interactive program.
