Washington, DC, October 18, 2023 – Paul E. Knupp, III and Curtis A. Orshoski of Lee/Shoemaker PLLC presented, “Contracts: Foundations for Success,” to members of Business of Light from across the country. During the course of their discussion, Paul and Curt addressed critical contract clauses, discussed standard of care related issues, and identified strategies for effectively managing the risks typically allocated to architectural lighting consultants on projects.
