Richmond, VA, April 26, 2023 – Jonathan C. Shoemaker of Lee/Shoemaker PLLC led a robust round table discussion on “The Friday Evening Nasty-Gram: Demystifying the Claims Process” at the AEC Virginia Conference, along with Cady Sinks of Ames & Gough. During the course of the program, Jonathan and Cady facilitated a discussion related to how design professionals, lawyers, and insurance professionals approach the claims process, and how to leverage the talents of each to minimize the pain associated with being on the receiving end of a Friday Evening Nasty-Gram.
