Cooch presented the 26th Annual Review of Legal Decisions Affecting Architects and Engineers to over 275 design professionals and insurance professionals. During the course of this 2 hour webinar, the team at Lee/Shoemaker PLLC shared their insights related to trends and developments in the law in 2020, reviewed decisions issued by courts from across the country in cases involving design professionals, and offered constructive “lessons learned” for the audience.
