Shoemaker of Lee/Shoemaker PLLC presented a Beazley webinar, “Annual Review of Legal Decisions Affecting Architects and Engineers,” to more than 250 design professionals across the United States. During his presentation, Jonathan reviewed recent case law from the past year affecting design professionals on various issues, including the standard of care, the economic loss rule, construction administration claims, design-build pursuits, and contractual provisions targeted towards fairly allocating risk and responsibility.
