Charlottesville, VA, January 26, 2024 — Yesterday, Joseph W. Cooch of Lee/Shoemaker presented to the membership of AIA-Central Virginia, “Protecting Your Intellectual Property: Copyright and Trade Secrets in a High-Tech World.” During the course of the program, Joe reviewed what protections exist for both copyrights and trade secrets, strategies for protecting a firm’s valued intellectual property, and the impact that artificial intelligence may have on those strategies.
