September 23, 2026, Fort Worth, TX — Jonathan C. Shoemaker of Lee/Shoemaker PLLC participated in a panel discussion, “The Role of the Owner’s Representative,” to the membership of a/e ProNet. During the course of the discussion, Jonathan addressed the risks faced by owner’s representatives on construction projects, as well as the risks faced by architects and engineers when working on projects with an owner’s representative.
