Washington, DC, September 21, 2020 – Today, J. Scott Shannon and Paul Knupp presented “Measuring Up To Sustainability: Risks And Rewards of Green Design” at AIA-DC’s 2020 DesignDC Conference. During their presentation, Scott and Paul reviewed potential liabilities stemming from LEED standards and the DC Clean Energy Omnibus Act requirements and ways for design professionals to structure and execute their contract duties to minimize those risks.
