Like design professionals, Victoria collaborates with her clients to help them realize their objectives.

Victoria recognizes that every client’s goals are different. Victoria seeks to understand her clients’ concerns, and then works closely with her clients to tailor a legal strategy to meet their specific objectives. Victoria seeks to build a personal relationship with her clients, knowing that it is through this connection that the best course of action for the particular client might be identified and implemented.

After spending several years representing people injured by the wrongful conduct of others, Victoria brings a unique perspective and understanding to the representation of architects and engineers. Whether preparing a client for deposition, working shoulder-to-shoulder with an expert, or arguing a motion to dismiss, Victoria applies the skills she learned as a litigator to provide clients with a unique insight on how to manage risk when working with clients on corporate transactional matters.
