October 7, 2026, Washington, DC — Daniel M. Eggleston and Curtis A. Orshoski of Lee/Shoemaker PLLC presented the webinar, “The Standard of Care and Contractual Risk: An Engineer’s Guide to Professional Liability,” to the membership of ACEC-Virginia. During the course of the program, Daniel and Curt provided insights into the interplay of the standard of care with contractual risks, identifying strategies for mitigating the risk of professional liability claims.
