Washington, DC, December 6, 2018 – After the team at Lee/Shoemaker PLLC curated and reviewed over sixty cases decided within the past year affecting architects and engineers, James F. Lee, Jr. and Jonathan C. Shoemaker presented the “24th Annual Review of Legal Decisions Affecting Architects and Engineers” at the District Architecture Center on December 6, 2018. During the course of this four-hour event with over 100 attendees, Jim and Jonathan explored how courts from across the country have decided cases involving design professionals and identified practical “lessons learned” for design professionals to implement into their practice.
