Dolan of Lee/Shoemaker PLLC presented at the NCSEA Structural Engineering Summit this morning on “Navigating the Unique Challenges of Succession Planning and Ownership Transition.” During the course of the program, Jonathan and Taylor discussed the importance of planning for succession — both emergency successions and long-term successions — to maximize options for facilitating a successful transition of a design firm from one generation to the next.
