Joined by Judi Miller and Josh Boehlke of Architecture by Design and Donna Phaneuf and Andrew McKinley of Via Design, this panel discussion reviewed the importance of long-term planning for successful succession plans, strategies for transitioning control of a firm from one generation of leaders to another, and the mechanics of putting a succession plan into effect.
